HANTS Electric Actuators complied with CE Electromagnetic standard with ISO 5211 standard mounting pad as well as IP66 protection water-proof design. It can combine with a ball valve or a butterfly valve as Electric Ball Valve or Electric Butterfly Valve to control the ON/OFF or modulate the valve at the required position. It is widely used on water treatment, HVAC, air conditioning, chemical industry, waste water recycle system, rain water recycle system, etc.

What's an Electric Actuator?

An electric actuator is a device that converts electrical energy into rotary torque to drive a valve. Typically, an electric actuator consists of an electric motor, which produces low torque at high speed. Connected to a gearbox, the speed is slowed while the torque increases.

1. Based on CE Electromagnetic Standard, ISO 5211 Mounting Pad:

HANTS electric actuators are complying with Electromagnetic Test and Regulations (CE standard) with the inward controller which are suitable for temperature, humidity, flow or PH value monitor. Its base part conforms to ISO 5211 standard connection port, using movable case connected between actuator and valve that easily installed for any different sizes of valves.

2. IP66 protection, Water-proof and Dust-proof Design:

HANTS electric actuators enclosure has complied with IP66 protection, in water-proof and dust-proof design, specially the upper cover is made by PC material, one-piece type that allows excellent durability installed at outdoor. Also, the cable entry is in metal which prevents water pervading into the actuator or out of shape after long-term use.

Per different torque and speed requirement, HANTS Electric Actuator has three models per different torque and speed, in voltage AC220V±10%.

1. Electric Actuator Mini Type (Model H7~H20): For Torque 7Nm ~ 20Nm with driving speed 15 ~ 90 second in 90° rotation to open/close.

2. Electric Actuator Economic Type ( Model H15~H48): For Torque 15Nm ~ 48Nm with driving speed 7 ~ 30 second in 90° rotation to open/close. Its mounting pad is per ISO 5211 F04, F05/F07 with drive sockets in 9mm, 11mm, 14mm.

3. Electric Actuator Normal Type (Model H45~H115): For Torque 45Nm ~ 115 Nm with driving speed 7 ~ 75 second in 90° rotation to open/close. Its mounting pad is per ISO 5211 F05/F07 with drive sockets in 11mm, 14mm, 17mm.
